WHAT’S THIS £34 TICKET ALL ABOUT?

The £34 ticket gives you entry and £30 of credit to spend on beer, so you’re saving £6 by buying some credit up front.  And when you buy the £34 ticket you get the full £30 of credit, there isn’t any jiggery pokery or taxation on it so you can spend £30 on any of the drinks at the bar however you see fit – the power is in your hands… take it!

HOW DOES BEER COST

The beer will be priced between £5 and £7 a pint.

HOW DO I GET MY TICKETS?

An email should arrive in your inbox containing your tickets. You WILL need to show your tickets at the door so we can scan them.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE COLOUR?

Orange 🙂

DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKETS?

Nope, as long as you’ve got it on your phone to flash you’ll be able to get in.

CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKETS?

Yes you can! Just let us know what you’ve bought and what you want to transfer to and we’ll sort it out for you.

CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL?

Please don’t bring your own alcohol to a beer festival. Putting on our authoritarian hat, if you’re seen with external alcohol you will be ejected, it is a licenced premises so is like taking your own beer to a pub.

IS IT OUTDOORS?

Yes it is! We’re in a different park for each festival.  Don’t worry, there will be tents to shelter from the blistering sunshine.

DO YOU DO GROUP BOOKINGS?

We do. If you want to organise for everyone in your street to come, just give us a shout and we’ll sort out a discount code for you – hello@craftbeerfolk.co.uk

REFUNDS?

Sorry, but we only issue refunds on tickets if we cancel the event. What we can do though is swap your tickets for another session so you don’t miss out.

ARE THERE TICKETS ON THE DOOR?

Even if we are marked as sold out there will be tickets available on the door for the stragglers, but there are only a LIMITED number. If we reach our capacity and you arrive without a ticket we will unfortunately have to turn you away.

WILL THERE BE PARKING?

At some sites there is parking, at others there isn’t.  Please check the page for the festival you’re attending.

CAN I BRING MY SUPER CUTE DOG?

You can bring your dog, but please bear in mind it is likely to be a busy event with lots of people.

CAN I BRING MY CUTE-ISH KIDS?

You can bring your kids, but please bear in mind it is a beer festival. Under 18s are £5 and Under 5s are free, but they will not be allowed to approach the bar. There will be zero tolerance on underage drinking, anyone found doing so will be asked to leave along with their entire group.

WHAT’S THE ACCESSIBILITY LIKE?

The venue is wheelchair accessible. If you have any additional needs then please get in touch and let us know how we can help you.

WHAT TIME DO YOU START?

Doors open promptly at the start time and last orders will be 20 minutes before the doors close.

IS THERE ANY FOOD OR DRINK?

Along with awesome beer there will also be some soft drinks, some cider, and a bit of wine. There will also be excellent caterers along for each session. We’re still confirming those caterers, but they will be nice because our weekend survival depends on it.

IS IT JUST BEER?

Primarily it is just beer as it is a beer festival, but we have got ciders on and all the colours of wine, or at least the three we’re aware of red, white and pink.

WHAT IF YOU RUN OUT OF BEER?

We will not run out of beer completely but we will sell out of certain beers if they prove more popular than others.

YOUR LIST OF BREWERS ARE MAKING MY MOUTH WATER, WILL THEY ALL BE HERE?

Beers from the brewers featured on each festival page will be at there, roughly 2 weeks before each festival we will publish a beer menu so you can plan your tipples of choice.  There will be a full menu of Pale Ales, IPAs, Lagers, Sours, Stouts, Porters, Ciders, Wheat beer, and anything else that looks tasty.  All the beer will be served from kegs so perfectly chilled and conditioned.

WHAT’S KEG BEER?

Traditionally beer festivals are almost solely cask beers, rows of barrels on their sides slowly warming and slowly going flat over the duration of the festival that require days to settle and can’t be touched once laid down.  It’s a great tradition and perfect for a pub with a controlled cellar, but in an event setting keg makes for a better experience and that’s what we’re after.

Keg beer is served through a cooler and under pressure meaning that it comes out at a consistent temperature and stays the exact way the brewers intended no matter when you drink it.  By going Keg only we’re ensuring that our beer is in the best possible condition when you drink it, so no flat beer and no warm beer.  Sorry CAMRA.

DO YOU DO CARER TICKETS?

If you’re the registered carer for someone attending one of our screenings please contact us with the ticket number for the full price ticket and we’ll issue you a free ticket.
